Perfect for a weekday lunch, offers a healthier alternative for the kids to enjoy a more nutritious, delicious and easier to digest bread. These loaves are softer inside and have less airy crumbs than the traditional sourdough loaves. No butter. No sugar. Just water, flour and salt. Made with natural Levain and goes through a long slow fermentation.
Net weight 1kg. Sold as a loaf, not sliced.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Made with a natual levain (flour and water) aka Sourdough starter, each bread goes through a 36 - 40 hour process before it reaches to your table. Slow fermentation allows the bread the opportunity to develop more flavour and nutrition from the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt. Free from all preversatives.
