This is basically the sourdough sandwich with a mixture of 4 seeds inside out. If you like the sandwich loaves with nutty and seedy texture, give these a go!

Made with a natual levain (flour and water) aka Sourdough starter, each bread goes through a 36 - 40 hour process before it reaches to your table. Slow fermentation allows the bread the opportunity to develop more flavour and nutrition from the simple ingredients of flour, water and salt. Free from all preversatives.
